A great PT studio - just what Balham needed. I have been doing 1:1 PT with Will for the last 4-5 months and have been super surprised by the results, feeling fitter and looking better. Will is great at setting realistic but challenging goals and building your confidence to make working out a more enjoyable experience. He also helps a lot with your nutrition/diet plan (which is a nice touch). Would recommend very highly.
